Enrollment & Payment

• Lessons are 30 minutes weekly on the same day/time each week.
• Lessons can be in person in the Piano Inspired studio in Fairfax city or online.
• There are two tuition periods over 12 months and students are committed to lessons during the enrolled periods:

1. The School Year: September through June the following year
2. The Summer: July and August

• If you miss a lesson with at least 24 hours notice a makeup lesson is scheduled, but there are no refunds

• Lesson charges are invoiced at the start of each month.
• Monthly payments in advance are required
• Makeup Lessons only for missed lessons (no refunds).
• Students are committed to the School Year period or the Summer period or both.
• Payment options include:

+ Scheduled Bank Payments / Zelle

+ Credit Cards and Paypal

(processing fee for credit payments)

• Payments for additional services like recitals or piano books are added to your monthly invoice. 
• Tuition rates are fixed annually at the start of the School Year period.

• Students fill in an enrollment form
• We set a specific lesson day and time of the week for lessons for the School Year period (September 1 - June 30) or the Summer period (July 1 - August 31) or both.
• This locks you into an agreement that secures your lesson time and commits you to tuition for the entire period.

•  If you stop taking lessons you need to provide 1 month's written and paid notice by email before the last month of lessons.
• We will make sure the transition is as easy as possible on the student.
• There are no refunds for lessons not taken.
